Open Meetings Act Resolution
The OFRA Oversight Commission voted on February 26, 2024 to approve a resolution in compliance with the Open Meetings Act Resolution (OMA).
Enabling Legislation
OFRA and the Oversight Commission were created by statute in the 2022 NM Legislative session. The statute passed unanimously on the House floor and by a vote of 35 to 2 on the Senate floor. It was signed into law by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham on March 8, 2022.
