Chief Financial Officer (CFO I)

Permanent, Full Time

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Chief Financial Officer I (CFO) to manage all financial aspects of our young, but growing agency. The CFO will be responsible for advising the Executive Director and Deputy Director for Operations on all financial matters (including establishing internal controls and policies), manage all financial operations, prepare our annual budget, manage our annual audit, and oversee all procurement processes, including contracts. Our CFO will have varied duties, a high volume of fast-paced work, and be an important member of our executive leadership team.

Family Peer Support Navigator

Permanent, Full Time
The Family Peer Support Navigator (FPSN) plays a crucial role in supporting families involved in the child and family welfare system by connecting them with essential services, advocating for their needs, and guiding them through the legal and case management processes. This position focuses on providing case management and peer support by helping families understand and navigate court-ordered case plans, coordinating services, and ensuring access to necessary resources. Additionally, the navigator serves as an advocate and mentor, supporting parents in meetings, court hearings, and service provider visits while offering emotional support and empowerment.

Requests for Proposals

OFRA is looking for office space in Las Cruces.  The General Services Division will release the RFP on June 16th and the mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 18th.  Proposals must be submitted by July 18, 2025.  This is not a complete list of deadlines.
