Attorney Supervisor – Las Cruces
This position exists to provide day-to-day supervisory support for staff attorneys, and other legal support staff, under the Legal Division to ensure the highest quality legal representation for those involved in New Mexico’s child welfare system. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law and five (5) years of experience in the practice of law. Must be licensed as an attorney by the Supreme Court of New Mexico or qualified to apply for limited practice license (Rules 15-301.1 and 15-301.2 NMRA).

Behavioral Health Specialist
The purpose of this position is to support the mission of OFRA by performing duties as a licensed behavioral
health clinician to ensure high quality interdisciplinary legal representation and services for our clients. The
position is charged with providing clinical interpretation and consultation to legal team members (i.e., attorneys
and family peer support navigators) to ensure the client’s case plan and court-ordered services directly
address the causes of their involvement with CYFD. The position is also charged with providing psychoeducation,
resources, and support directly to clients in collaboration with the other members of the legal team
to ensure that services are relevant and accessible.
